We didn't reached because room was not available I paid advance 975rs advance and I lost my 975rs. At 8 o'clock to 10 o'clock night we are searching a hotel with our luggage. It was painfull time for us we suffer lots. I m heart dicies person. I m very decpointed from yr booking people so please find out what is the problem and why u people not giving my refund
