weve rode a Vellfire. the parking exit bit challenge for me to manouver without scratch!😆 but otherwise we got 2 parking slot. perfect.

the apartment was well kept, nicely decorated and everything was working great. we loved the setup in the kitchen with easy access to washer and dryer. the fridge was big, enough to keep food for 2-3 small families. the dining chairs were super comfy. really great view from the balcony too

Best staycation at putrajaya.

Our 3 days 2 nights stay at this homestay was incredibly satisfying. The unit is beautifully decorated, showcasing an attractive interior design that creates a truly comfortable atmosphere. Our family has stayed at various homestays throughout Malaysia, and this is among the best! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The cleanliness of the unit is impeccable - all rooms are neat and clean, the dining area features a large table that comfortably accommodates our whole family, and the spacious living room is perfect for relaxing while watching television and Netflix. The facilities provided are very comprehensive and made our stay convenient. The large refrigerator allowed us to store plenty of food supplies, while other amenities such as air conditioning, water filter, iron, ironing board, and water heaters in each bathroom were all available and functioning perfectly. The location of this homestay is also very strategic. Ayer8, with its variety of shops and eateries, is within walking distance. Although the parking is in a separate building, it's still close to the homestay building, and the management provided two parking spaces for our stay. 👍🏼 The swimming pool is large and the surrounding area is well-maintained. On the third day, before check-out, our children had time to enjoy the pool. The most captivating feature is the view from the balcony at night. We could enjoy the beautiful views of Putrajaya and its lake reflecting the city lights - truly serene. The host was also very responsive. Whenever we had questions, they replied promptly to help us. Thank you to the host. If we come to Putrajaya again, this homestay will definitely be our first choice.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The washing machine was not functioning for some reason.
