I attended. I know the area so it's easy to find. Good joining instructions. Parked my car. On the astroturf as requested. Followed the instructions.

There wasn't a computer/writing desk so I took a look around and decided I wasn't to stay there. I don't watch the huge TV that was there. Was well-kept, but the rooms upstairs are basically all converted into bedrooms from what I saw. As I didn't stay there, I can only give an initial impression.

Clean, functional room with shared bathroom and kitchen which was spotless

Easy communication with the owner. Good location for my purposes. The room is spacious with a double bed. Clean and fresh.

Shared toilet/bathroom, but wasn't really a problem. Bathroom, shower clean and well maintained.
