I’m a really good customer of booking.com and my stay here has been absolutely awful I hardly spent time at the property because I have spent time with my sick grandma. Whilst being here the landlord constantly watches you he blamed me for some marks which looks like someone overcooked something in the kitchen he constantly texts you reminding you of when your check is and when you have to leave. My room has not been cleaned once in my whole stay as the cleaner just rushes to get away! All in all it has been such a waste of my money and I am deeply disappointed. Not long ago I booked at the harbour and did not even get a refund now this! I really want some compensation from booking.com now or I’m forced to take this higher, it is absolutely not on for someone like myself who is disabled and relies on the small amount of money that I receive from PIP and universal credit.

Very friendly, open, positive environment with highly experienced, maintained, presentable staff.

Suggestion : appoint one person for 24 hours to stay on the property for the job inspections.

I guess the price was very reasonable. Quite house.

Not sure if I liked the CCTV telling me I was being recorded but maybe it’s a legal requirement and not sure about the gruff tenant on the ground floor.

Good location

It was basic , stains on carpet , shared facilities , bedding drying in the living area . Will never stay again

Good kitchen, clean facilities, obliging owner.
