"No One to greet us becomes "No Show""

Everything was arranged before. I booked a day early so that I could get an early check-in and all was conformed directly with the property. When we arrived early morning, it was closed, locked and no one responded to our calls or calls for assistance. Eventually the driver found us another place where we could check in for the day. I sent a message to the accommodation and booking.com and got an apology but later that day I was told we could not check in as we had been marked as a "no show" and we could not check in to my PRE PAID accommodation. I am still awaiting correspondence from Booking.com about this... and a refund.

Common area was clean

Room was really small and location was very bad For 5 min there was no electricity and we asked for water bottle but they didn't gave us

It is close to beach.

No towels provided or soaps. They said room has fridge but unavailable. Tv not working. I believe these are a very basic amenities.

"Worst experience"

NOTHING

They cancelled our stay without even asking or informing us. They said that other platform bookings like MMT, goibibo had already made their payments and they get the rooms based on payment. So i was stranded at that place without a room
