NZComfortable layout, plenty of room in living and sleeping areas. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom facilities. Clean. Location suited us perfectly as we were heading in several different directions over our 3 days in Auckland. One off street carpark and no issues parking our second car on the street. Excellent communication from the hosts.

Fan not working in one bedroom (very hot) dishwasher trap needs cleaning out (very smelly) would prefer top sheet on bed not just duvet and not flannelette bottom sheet on bottom as too hot, outside furniture would be a bonus.

DENZVery tidy, clean and good location which close to the shop. The beds are really good especially the bunk bed - Kids loved it!
The stairs are a little bit steep for elders.
NZThe location was excellent, and everything we needed during our stay was provided, including towels, shampoo and conditioner, and body soap. The kitchen was perfect for our needs. Although it was warm when we first arrived at the house, we turned on the air conditioning, which made it comfortable. Each room was equipped with an electric fan, which also helped to keep us cool. My teenagers enjoyed having access to Netflix; it made them feel right at home. My family felt safe at night, and we didn't encounter any issues with the owner. Overall, the place was worth the money, and I highly recommend it.
The fan in the second-floor room did not run for a while; we thought it was broken. After some time, it started working. However, it would be better if the fan will be replaced.
