Romantic Rural Break In Countryside Castle Grounds Private Retreat Wizards Rest

Location was nice. Comfortable bed.

Advert slightly misleading showing a picture of the castle, where in fact the accommodation was a shepherds hut in the grounds. Settee was uncomfortable. Very small TV with poor picture reception. Small shower room. No storage for clothes.

Everything from the lady who greeted at the gates, showed us round, the accommodation and the grounds were amazing, if your a star gazer, what a place, would recommend 110%, cant wait to go back, A big thank you.🥰

Very delighted with the accomodation warm and very clean never experienced anything like this before I'd recommend it to everyone and being near castle aswell was a delight seeing the castle up close at night was special the hostess was very kind caring and helpful....absolutely perfect, thank you

This was an amazing, one of a kind experience that we will always remember with fondness. The accommodation is as close to Middle Earth as you will get this side of New Zealand. We appreciated the fact that there was a kitchen so we could just stay in and enjoy the experience. Devon was an amazing host as well.

Maybe there could be a few more essentials in the kitchen.

Our host Devon was amazing she was so helpfull, and friendly , explained everything we needed to know, helped us take pics gave so much information about the local area ( fab for me as I’m from London) was brill with messaging , wizards rest is a true gem, private secluded and truly magical, clean, with everything you need for a special treat time away from everything can’t wait to go back in summer 💜
