Downtown Talkeetna Cabin! Chulitna Cabin

Great cabin- tiny house. It was very clean, and there was a washer and dryer in the cabin. Bathroom/shower is very small, but it was just fine for our needs. Kitchen with a small fridge and large sink. There was also a small stovetop. Couch was very clean and comfortable. Owner was very friendly and so was the lady who was cleaning the cabins. We had a car, but you could easily walk to the restaurants and shops downtown. The area was a little loud that evening, but that certainly had nothing to do with the owner of the cabin. Also, ceilings were slanted upstairs and space was very limited, so we left our luggage downstairs.

The cabin was really clean and very cute. It was also very quiet at night. The location was close to the main street of Talkeetna, so there was really no need to drive and find a parking place.

There is nothing we did not like.

clean. I was not feeling well, it was raining so our opinion is tainted. We weren't there long enough to use any facilities

Some instructions on how to find the place would be good. it was out the back behind a shed. We asked a local nearby who didn't know it but helped us find it. We bumped our heads above the beds

It had all the basic necessities, wifi was good,bed was comfortable.

I wish there was a fan in the room as it got hot in the night. Also found a few mosquitoes in the house. The bathroom needs some work as I saw some mold growing there.

We gone up and down the road a couple of times to find the property since it was not numbered, but we eventually figured it out. As soon as we walked in, we were charmed by the space and layout of this cabin. It was not only adorable, cozy, but also functional. My mother was very impressed with it - which is saying A LOT - lol We walked around and found some neat shops and restaurants. It was a nice little town with access to trails, rivers, and lots of activities' during the evening there was music flooding out from multiple bars along the main street. We thoroughly enjoy the stay :) Thank you and we had a great time!

The only thing we struggled with was the shower. The door and the shower head seemed to be fighting a bit, and water would get all over the floor when we run in and out if we had the water running at the same time. Not sure if this was a real "issue", but something we noticed during our stay.

No window shade on door. Toilet paper holder wasn’t attached well.

We loved our stay at the cabin. We liked the overall setup of the cabin. Cozy, clean and nice. Location was also good - it was walkable to the main street. Ryan was a good host. We would recommend staying at this cabin!
