Luxurious Apartment in St Albans

Great location, bright and spacious

Sofa bed uncomfortable and lacked decent bedding. 3 very flimsy pillows with some awful looking pillow cases . No duvet cover for the sofa bed . Decent bedding would have made a huge difference. Folded towels on the bed were wet/damp , didn’t smell fresh .

Location to train station, our friends home, Morrisons, and many cafes and restaurants. The style was modern, comfortable, facilities like kitchen and appliances, washing machine and

A clothes rack to dry clothes on would have been useful. Pillows were way too thin & soft. The lack of instruction on how to use heating/air con. It would have been good to have something other than a doona as bed covering to sleep under, as it was hot due to the lack of instructions on how to control temp settings.

More information is needed on how to locate the parking for the property, as this is not on the same road as the address, and took some time to find. Registering for the parking was also problematical as it required scanning a QR code, which my phone will not do, although the hosts arranged that for me promptly by email. It just made it very stressful as I had limited time to check in and get back to the cathedral in time to sing.

Details to find key safe and enter the apartment were really easy.

Directions to the apartment entrance and car park went clear. None of the designated parking spaces were free so had to park 10minutes walk away, this was less than ideal.

Very clean and comfortable with easy access and parking.

Not enough bedding to make up the sofa bed for our child as was confirmed on the booking that she was with us.

A bare minimum of towels and cutlery

Location good parking excellent Bin store not found so I took rubbish away No washing up liquid 1970s horrid coffee 😂 although there was an up to date machine there were no pods. TV didn’t work not a massive issue but it should work!
