Olive Residence, Near Lakeshore Hospital

The location is very good, as it's very peaceful and far away from the Main Road. We stayed for 7 days and would plan to stay again in case we plan to come to Cochin. Uncle and Aunty, the owners of the property were very sweet and made our stay very very comfortable.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for about a month with my father, who was undergoing medical treatment at the nearby hospital, and I can wholeheartedly say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, I felt right at home. The hotel is not just a place to stay—it’s an entire experience built around comfort, convenience, and incredible hospitality. The apartment itself was everything we needed and more. The space was impeccably clean, modern, and well-maintained, making it a true home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials—plates, utensils, a small cooking pot, and a gas stove—so we could easily prepare meals when needed. There’s also a comfortable sofa and a cozy bed that made unwinding after a long day so much easier. And if you ever need to do laundry, there’s a washing machine on the roof, which was a lifesaver and saved us from having to find a laundromat. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the owner and his family. They are some of the most kind, attentive, and genuine people I've ever met. The owner went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, from providing water bottles at an affordable price to offering guidance on local services and restaurants. His son was incredibly helpful, always available to answer any questions or assist with anything. It was clear that hospitality is their priority, and they made us feel like part of their family. The location is perfect—just steps away from the hospital, making it incredibly convenient for those visiting for medical reasons. There’s also an ATM inside the hospital, so you don't have to go far for cash. Restaurants are within walking distance, so if you want to eat out, you have plenty of options. This hotel is new, spotless, and offers everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay.

The staff is really friendly , the room is very clean and big and the status is like new , very good choice, price quality ratio is outstanding

The rooms were comfortable and well-furnished. The location is convenient for those who need to go to the hospital. Mr Nasar at the front desk was incredibly helpful and patient and did everything he could to ensure that we had a pleasant stay.

I love the hotel owner and staff of the hotel. They are very polite, kind, friendly, and very hospitality❤️❤️❤️❤️. The rooms, toilets are so so clean, huge (2 rooms 2 toilets), very very nice rooms. I and my friend stayed here for 7 night. Staying here make my trip become very fantastic. Many restaurants near by the hotel. The price of room is super reasonable. Anyway thank you hotel staffs, I can feel your kindness.
