The location as it’s close to VPS lakeshore hospital, it’s about 3 minutes walking. The hotel brand new and very clean and tidy. The provide washing machine and ironing box, I like the owner of the property full of respect and support

Very clean and nice property and the Host was so polite and service minded. Our kid liked the place very much so we were very happy. Would certainly recommend the place for families visiring kochi

Our experience with Olive residence was short but extremely pleasant. The property is well located especially for those accessing Lakeshore Hospital. Very clean and comfortable furnished apartments. The interiors have a tasteful ambience (the finsihing touches have been done with extremely good quality materials). It does feel like home away from. Mr Nasser (owner/partner) was very helpful to understand our requirements and was considerate enough to give us a great price on the 2 bedroom apartment as we were going to check out early. They have also thought out amenities like wheelchair and ramps and rails for accessibility for the disabled, and ample parking. As long as they can upkeep the ambience, quality and cleanliness the place is going to be a sure shot winner. Highly recommended! VFM

The only suggestion I have is that the living rooms could also probably be fit with ACs, as it was quite hot while having dinner and watching TV.
