Modern apartment near light rail

Spacious end unit. Washer/dryer inside. Big tv. Ample dishes and utensils. Manager wasn’t certain either very nice.

Couldn’t figure out heater system. Manager wasn’t certain either. Cold at times. Construction next door (about 1/2 way done) brought morning noise. Person living above was very loud. Little noise suppression between floors.

We arrived a little earlier than check in time & owner was very accommodating to letting us in. Answered quickly. Place is very clean , Bed is comfy. Small kitchenette we didn't use but if we had to it was convenient. Shower was good too. I did enjoy that it was walking distance to the little town, which had some great restaurants & coffee shops.

I want to be honest. The price was way to much for what we got. There was a lot of noise outside & upstairs, it felt like a dorm with a bed. The distance from the train to the place was close but with luggage not close enough trucking through uneven paved streets. There's no market or liquor store you can get water that it is close to. Even a few water bottles I feel should be provided in the unit. There were wires all over the floor from the TV & an air unit sticking out of the window where the blinds didn't close properly and on the door. My expectations were a little higher & I was a bit disappointed, but i didn't allow that to ruin our stay. It was a place to shower & sleep.

Bathroom was nice, big TV and streaming available.

Noise from upstairs, could hear everything they said and every footstep. Was woken both days at 6:30 by construction noise next door. Outside entrances need to be lit better. Child sized nightstands and lamps are awkward. No separate lighting for kitchen area, you have to turn on overhead lighting. No air circulation, small area of window to open. Then oversized shade blocks the airflow. The room just has a dorm room feel with the furniture. No comfortable chair to sit in.

Van alle gemakken voorzien, prettig verblijf in een veilige, leuke buurt.

Er werd gebouwd naast het verblijf, vanaf 7.00u begonnen de werkzaamheden. Daar kan de host niets aan doen, maar je hoort het wel goed.

Location, close to restaurants and coffee shops. Also close to the light rail.

The bed was not very comfortable and there was loud construction going on outside.

sehr netter Host. Schaut, dass man sich wohl fühlt. Die Lage ist super, man ist schnell im Zentrum von Seattle aber man kann auch gemütlich im Vorort etwas essen gehen und chillen.

Very clean and well equipped. Close to Link train to Downtown. Quiet and comfortable.

Bed sheets, although spotless, could do with upgrading.

It had all the amenities needed including a fridge, towels, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, etc. it was a fabulous location that is walkable to the light-rail, incredible restaurants, PCC grocery store, the farmers market and runnable to Seward Park.

One issue is u can hear the upstairs neighbors pretty easily and there is currently construction that makes it noisy in the daytime with the AC unit connected and windows open.
