Harrogate Haven by Luxus

The apartment had everything we needed, location was excellent and comunication also great. The apartment was clean and smelled really good!

The only thing we did not enjoy was that both beds were very uncomfortable, especially the one in the room with the ensuite bathroom. We tried the sofa bed as an option B and it was too hard to sleep on. Other than that, the place and attention was great!

The homely feel, cleanliness and general feel of the home and area.

My only negative thought was the mattress as I have severe back issues but overall it was a very pleasant stay and I would happily book this again.

Spacious, great location, parking, everything you need there

No black out blinds (those office type ones instead) so woke early with too much light. No other issues: lovely place

Great location and shower in main bathroom. Lovely kitchen has everything you need. Friendly owners. Complimentary water in the fridge. Two automated gates to get in and out of the parking area. Nice apartment overall spacious and lengthy.

Parking fob didn't work. Had a faff and paid £4.50 for street parking, until it was sorted. Lots not right in property. Cheap mattresses and bedding. Like sleeping on wafer. Toilet seat in main bathroom, coming off its hinges, soft light in there didn't work. A zillion bright spotlights throughout the whole apartment. Heating doesn't come on automatially on a morning we were freezing. Parts of the communal areas smelt of cigarettes. A million messages about this that and the other... Too much for us. Won't return but it was ok.

Communication prior to our arrival was excellent which really helped simplify the access to the property. The apartment was very clean, tidy and well equipped and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again in the near future when visiting Harrogate.
