Harrogate Haven by Luxus

Property was fine but we were harassed by owners. Parked car early as going to GYS.Lady agreed . On departure we left at 9.40 and put keys in lockbox as instructed, after golfing on way home came back to 22 missed calls and 7 emails saying we had taken the keys! I assured them we had not and told them when we departed. They told us they had us on footage going back at 11 am and took the keys which was untrue.

Property was well done out , though bed's were not great , very soft and low.

The apartment is in a good location for the town. The offstreet parking is a bonus. Although the layout of the apartment is unusual, it works. Having it all on one level is great, and the lift makes it easy for handling luggage.

Initial access to the building and apartment was confusing and took some time.

The correspondence was very good

The codes sent via email did not work but we managed to get access to the apartment

The apartment is comfortable, spacious, modern, well-equipped and clean. The location is great, a short walk in to town. Parking is free on site in a gated car park. Would recommend.

Very centrally located modern 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment with a large lounge area comfy sofas, table and chairs.

Struggled to find car fob locked box, would be easier with the door key.
