Daresh home stay

Great hosts and sweet family. Beautiful location and amazing breakfast and dinner. The host is great at giving recommendations about activities and places to see around Maskaliya, as well as how to get there. Laundry can be done as well, can’t recommend it enough.

The room is big and near to a river, it is not too far from Adams peak. The host are very kind and the breakfast was delicious.

Daresh is an exceptionally friendly host, we really want to thank him for the warmth and hospitality he showed us. the room is north faced and faces a little river. it's also spacious, as well as the bathroom. it had everything it indicated and we had a really great stay all in all. we had breakfast and dinner there twice that was local and lovely.

it's not a very common thing here, so i guess not a critisism, but maybe an idea: almost no accommodation so far had bedside lamps, or generally beautiful and atmospheric lightning - that would be appreciated to relax, read and unwind in the evening. that would really upgrade this little room:))

Very clean room, good bed, hot shower, delicious home cooked dinner that you can eat at the terrace. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

Really nice, cozy place with very friendly and kind family. Breakfast were really good and dinners were amazing! Place was in calm area close to Shiva temple and bus.

Nice helpfull host tip - visit nice Shiva temple nearby with good view. Tastefull dinner and breakfast are offered. For outside meal - Butterfly restaurant is quite expensive, but with the best lake and Sri Pada view

Very friendly host and nice room; If you ask you will get a delicious and affordable dinner, the included breakfast is basic but tasty; The location is amazing, I could have spent many more days just sitting and reading on the balcony surrounded by tea plantations; The owner can organize a driver that will show you around Maskeliya and Gartmore Falls; In essence, I had a great time and would have loved to stay longer

The family was super nice and helpful! The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was nice as well! Overall amazing stay!

Since there was no fan our clothes didn’t dry very well.
