1. Good location, easy to get around. 2. Host was reachable whenever I needed help, which I appreciate. 3. AC and lighting worked perfectly. 4. Convenient to order GrabFood to the place.

1. Check-in was confusing. Instructions said to use a passcode for the digital lock, but I had to use a key instead — and it wasn’t easy to open. 2. Cleanliness wasn’t great when I arrived. The floor was quite dirty, though the host did arrange a cleaner to come again. 3. Balcony had cigarette butts when I checked in — looks like it was missed during cleaning. 4. Toilet bowl and sink weren’t clean either. 5. Check-in process took way too long — spent 40 minutes at the guardhouse for registration and another 5 minutes walking to the mailbox just to get the key. Would be a much better stay if the cleanliness and check-in process were improved.
