Elysia Park Residence Medini by Stayrene

The location was great. Facilities were accessible. The security guards were experienced and knew how to answer our queries

The WiFi was not working properly. There was only connection available on the living room, the other rooms there was no connection. The rooms were small. There were no fans available in the rooms

High floor duplex apartment with 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms. It has washing machine. Check-in was super easy. Family mart, fuel station is 10 mins drive. There's a 711 nearby, 2-3mins drive.

Everything was superb. Towels were little smelly.

Nice ambience and clean environment. Overall worth the money spent.

Bed and bathroom clean

Nothing surrounding the homestay and need to drive out if hunt for food

Property was pleasant with the great location and view. Security was tight too and we felt safe and assured that not anyone can enter the property, grabfood also had its own holding area near the guard house.

Property had some ants crawling around the kitchen, dining and bedroom. The sofa also didn’t feel as clean.

Clean and the room smells nice. All fittings work well and like the choice of using either fan or aircon or both. The bed is also clean n tidy!

No drinking water

We were allowed to check-in, though it was already 2am.

The smell of the room and the bedding, pillow cases. The bedsheets and pillow cases are not clean.

Location is amazing, the building and facilities are very good. The apartment itself is OK. No smell, adequately clean and good water pressure. The location, the ease of parking, and facility qualities are good. The view to the park with the crown is the creme de la creme. I love these Johor crown decos in their parks. Going off to a bit tangent here.

No plastic bags for trash although we stayed for a week. Sponge they left in the kitchen felt like it survived 2 world wars. Ugh brother. The host is like mr. robot. Communication is 100% reactive and give 0 impression that they care about you or your stay with them. Hanging clothes area is funny. Funny because you go through the bathroom to hang your clothes under the AC unit. Speaking of AC the position of it in the room is awkward directly positioning the bed and it doesn't circulate well around the house. You get hot very easily in this apartment. Trash bags are essential for a better review. You're getting 2 points off your review as a principle for not putting them. Trash bags are as much of a necessity as toilet papers.
