Large, very comfortable rooms, easy access to the village & very quiet Groundfloor shower room a lovely size with a powerful shower. Lovely welcome basket & lors of kitchenware House very warm, didn't need to use the logs we brought with us!.

Parking not so easy with an elderly relative who was less mobille on the hill when getting out. Television might be easier with 'how to use' instructions

Parking could be an issue at busy times and quite a walk to move luggage and small and old people

A wonderful property in the centre of Shaldon. Larger than we expected, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Will definitely be staying again and would highly recommend.

The property was clean,

The beds was not nice at all and it's on a corner of a road so a lot of noise and there was no parking at the property, it's not worth the price I paid

Lovely homely house beautifully presented within a very short walk to centre. All mod cons and all you would need to make your stay easy and with little effort. We found non-timed parking around the square and briefly in old commons road. We absolutely love Shaldon, everything about it. Sitting outside by the sea looking across to Teignmouth at the Clipper Cafe - heaven.

"I'd recommend this property to anyone wanting a traditional seaside town stay."

The property was very well presented, spacious, clean and tidy and in a great location. It was above my expectations and real value for money. Chris (one of the owners) was an excellent communicator and answered all of my questions with the minimum of fuss.

WiFi wasn't too cleaver with buffering on the TV and devices we brought occuring regularly. Although the property was well equiped it would have been handy to have a few baking type trays for the oven.
