Lo staff è dei migliori, non mi ricordo il nome del signore alla reception però è stato veramente il punto di svolta. Purtroppo durante il nostro soggiorno a Kyoto, la maggior parte del tempo ha piovuto, il Sig.re ci ha fornito sia l’ombrello che lo scalda mani visto le temperature. La stanza è spaziosa, il bagno pure. Posizione buona, noi abbiamo sempre girato a piedi

Nos gustó mucho el tamaño de la habitación. Eramos 3 y las camas muy grandes. Muy cómoda la habitación, el baño y la ubicacióm buenísima.

Tenias que pedir las toallas y no hacen la habitación si no lo solicitas previamente y pagas por el servicio. Pero gana muchos puntos por ubicacion, tamaño de la habitacion y amabilidad del personal del hotel.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est vraiment parfait pour découvrir Kyoto . Chambre pas très grande mais très fonctionnelle. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable.

Les lits sont un peu durs.
