"Too small"

Clean , free coffee machine, location fairy central

It was way too small for 3 people let alone 2! No room for bags to be put on the floor. Couldn't even open the door properly. The tv wasn't even a smart tv or compatible with chrome or any streaming media. Really bad. Beds were like rocks as well

"Sleek hotel but overpriced."

Good location but tiny rooms and our luggage (soft suitcase bags) had to be squished under the bed.

Very overpriced in comparison to other areas of Japan.

"Quiet little hotel close to train station"

Very friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to Kyoto train station and quite centrally located, in the quiet neighborhood. Rooms are small but comfortable and clean. All what you need for a short stay.

"Exceptional"

Le personnel est super. Ils sont polis et souriants. Ils ont su tout mettre en œuvre pour nous aider pour nos transferts de valises. Ils se sont occupés de tout avec professionnalisme et gentillesse. Nous avons communiqué avec nos traducteurs car nous ne parlons pas anglais. Ils étaient parfaits. Nous les remercions pour nous avoir permis de passer un agréable séjour. Nos 2 chambres étaient propres, tout y était. La salle de bain est confortable.

Les coussins des lits ne sont vraiment pas agréables. Les chambres sont un peu petites ce qui entraîne une problématique pour ouvrir les valises.

"Great location and idea for families"

Nice large family rooms with 4 separate beds are ideal if travelling with family/kids. Nice small restaurants tucked away in quiet streets nearby. Tube/metro station 5 minutes away. 7-11 and Family Mart also nearby and convenient for breakfast.

地下鉄駅が意外と近かったのと、その付近には飲食店も多かった。

京都駅から歩くには遠い。道幅が狭く歩きにくい。

"I would definitely stay again"

The location was perfect for our visit. The staff were very helpful. We were in the upgraded room with the soaking tub and walk-in shower….. very nice.
