Very modern, newly renovated apartment. Quiet and fairly central location.

Nothing really. Maybe the apartment is a bit small. There is no kitchen, but at least a microwave.

Clean, smells amazing, close to everything!

Apartment was nice and renovated. There was also a balcony. Well cleaned and it smelled fresh for all 3 days. There was available public parking near by. We did not need help from the host, however he was available on WhatsApp for messages so he can translate and reply back.

It would have been nice of there were hangers in the bathroom for the towel. And I addition second mirror in the room, as there was only one in the bathroom above the sink. If anyone visit the place during cold days or very warm days should keep in mind that the remote for the air-conditioning was not working when we visited. It could be that we did not manage to operate with it but we did not need it so it was not an issue for us (label on the remote and on the air-co was different and remote was showing F° but the air-co was showing C°).

The apartment is renovated, spacious room. The neighbour lady was very kind and wanted to help us with the check-in. The area is not too noisy, but not peaceful at all.

Host was in a rush, we felt we were annoying him by checking in. Towels were brought in later, by hanging them on the door knob in a plastic bag. Wi-fi was not working, but we didnt bothered to tell the host for 1 night only. Parking is very very skechy. We didnt get help from the host, he said we can park anywhere. No comment about that we are in the ZTL zone. In the end we parked at the end of the street, where a local man claimed some cash for helping (voluntarily, we didnt ask) us to park. We were worried about our rental car at night. It was an anxious stay overall, but okay for 1 night.

Broken A/C. Nowhere to hang towels. Coffee machine leaked the coffee all over. For one night its ok and very reasonable price, for more its missing comfort.

Good location in general, close to famous food market, in an area with interesting graffiti art. Also easy to walk to famous locations like Palermo Cathedral and Pallazzo dei Normanni. There is a paid parking garage nearby (8 min walk). There are little perks like mini refrigerator, hot water kettle, microwave, shower caps. Bed was pretty comfortable. The room is also pretty big. Check-out was easy.

Big negative was the temperature of the room. We were told not to adjust the temperature of the air conditioner, which meant that it was either too cold or too hot in the room. It was hard to sleep. Didn't feel cozy. Also, the coffee machine leaked and it was not intuitive to use it. We adjust providing a manual/guide about how to use it. We ended up buying instant coffee to use with the hot water kettle. We were told there was free parking nearby, but it was often too full and cramped. We adjust to only use it if you have a very small car! Otherwise, there is very good paid parking nearby. Check-in was also weird - the key was not in the box when we arrived, as we were informed, which was strange. It took awhile to find the phone number and contact. Luckily they came in 15 min with the car.

The place is relatively new and clean. The location is good.

The check in process is at the very least weird. Telling the arrival time leads to "ok". Only when I called right when I was given a code to a key lock. After that turned out that there are no towels. But the host new this, and told that the towels would be brought in an hour. Which was fine, because I left for a walk to the city centre. But turned out that towels were not brought in one hour. But host really needed me to be there to get them. I though I would see the host in person. But in the end they just put a bag with towels in front of the door right before I returned in the evening. All the back and force was rather annoying. The flat in general is not well thought through. There are no hangers for towels in the bathroom, no soap, one of the sockets didn't work.

The guest house has realy good location in the city center. The main street and the historical buildings in 5 mins walking distance. The room was nice and tidy, including with air conditioning, a coffee machine, a fridge and a microwave. The landlord was kind and helpful.

There was only a small bin in the bathroom but there was no other bin in the room, so we used a bag to collect our trash. Also the toilet paper wasn’t enough, we had to buy more.
