Top Lage, das Zimmer hat alles was man braucht, kleine Kochmöglichkeit, Kaffeemaschine (Kapseln und Milch werden bereitgestellt) kleine Waschmaschine (Pods werden auch bereitsgestellt) Zimmer ist großzügig geschnitten und sehr sauber. Check-In ohne Mitarbeiter nur über die App funktioniert einwandfrei, auch der Zugang zum Hotel und den Zimmern erfolgt problemlos über die App. Direkt vor dem Hotel bleiben so ziemlich alle Busse stehen und zum Hauptbahnhof ist es auch nicht weit. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen, nächstes Mal wahrscheinlich ohne Frühstück, das war leider nichts besonderes

Very conformable bed, ready access to towels and extra pillows and additional equipment eg ironing board, extra pods/ sugar etc.

The absence of an in person staff member on site was an issue when the code provided did not open the room allocated. I was finally able to contact a staff member in Portugal by phone after several attempts, who after trying 4 different codes, allocated a different room.... whole process very frustrating and time wasting, In the end room allocated looked right out on noisy road works!!! Trying to open the front door using code provided was Hit and miss affair also ...it only worked about 50% of the time. Marbel tiles are slippery when wet! Couldn't get TV to work for whole of visit. Washing machine proivded but no drier (only drying rack) and no instructions for washing machine use Floor heating in bathroom could not be adjusted ----- maybe not have been working at all?

Great location, easy to get around. We enjoyed the room size
