Das Apartmenthotel liegt bahnhofs-, geschäfts- und zentrumnah. Das Zimmer war ruhig und hatte Aussicht auf einen hübschen Innenhof. Die kleine Einbauküche war gut ausgestattet; positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass es auch einen kleinen Kochtopf (und nicht wie häufig in Apartmentshotels nur große Töpfe) gab; ideal für Alleinreisende.

Die Klimaanlage war etwas laut und konnte leider nicht abgestellt werden. Ein- und Auschecken verlaufen rein digital; für Personen, die nicht gerne Ausweiskopien hochladen, etwas suboptimal. Das Frühstück - im sehr netten Café - ist auch unter der Woche leider erst ab 08 Uhr verfügbar.

Die Lage ist super, sehr zentral. Alles fußläufig erreichbar, auch der Bahnhof. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber! Entgegen anderer Rezensionen hatte ich keine Probleme mit der Dusche. Zimmer 209

Der Fernseher hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Auch nach mehrmaligen Kontakt mit dem Service wurde das nicht repariert. Alles sehr unpersönlich, man muss sich erst lange mit einem KI-Chat rumärgern, bevor man mit einem echten Menschen schreibt. Angeblich schreibt, könnte auch ein weiterer Chatbot gewesen sein. Niemand ist persönlich vor Ort. Es gibt keine Infos zur Stadt, man muss also auf jeden Fall zur Touristinfo. Man hört die anderen Gäste auf dem Gang sehr deutlich, und das Zuschlagen der anderen Türen. Fenster auf zum schlafen, weil es sonst einfach zu warm ist. Dann ist es aber auch von draußen sehr laut. Aufgrund des schrecklichen KI-Service werde ich nicht mehr ein Numa-Hotel buchen.

The room was comfortable and It had a washing machine in the kitchenette. The bed was comfortable. The view from the window was a beautiful courtyard. The location is very close to the train station and and it is very easy to walk to attractions.

I did not love the check in system to open the door from the phone and the lack of a front desk. If you don’t have the app on the phone you will not be able to open the door. This is not a common system in the USA and I got in with the help from another resident. (By the way the code option did not work for me). After the explanation the system works fine. When I travel alone I purposely select hotels with staff. This hotel appears in Booking as a hotel and it’s like between a studio apartment and a hostel. Booking should have a separate category for this kind of accommodations. I selected an option with breakfast, but it is in a coffee shop 1 block from the hotel. The lobby in the building was not very appealing. At least it would be nice to have a better understanding of the type of facility you are selecting.
