Ci si sente a casa e un po’ coccolati, i saponi in bagno, per esempio, hanno un profumo straordinario, gli asciugamani sono morbidi e puffosi, la vista sul cortile interno ha le lucine sugli alberi come a Natale… insomma, una bella atmosfera

Se si riuscisse a rendere l’entrata e le scale accoglienti come le camere, sarebbe top. I primi gradini e il portone pesante e difficoltoso da aprire, per me che ho un problema di deambulazione non sono stati agevoli

Все було чудово, дуже чисто. Дуже охайно. Є все що потрібно для перебування (плита, холодильник, чайник, кавомашина, мікрохвильова). Приємні запахи в готелі. Розташування в самому центрі, буквально хвилини до всього.

Можливо близькість до трамвайних колій, але насправді вони не заважають.

Good size room. Well appointed. Good bed. Quiet.

No on-site staff and no available help on a weekend. We needed our baggage delivered but rooms do not have any communication with main entrance

I recently stayed at Numa Hallen in Oslo for the second time. The location is definitely one of its strongest points—very central and convenient for getting around the city. The price-performance balance is fairly reasonable compared to other options in Oslo. The facilities are modern, and having a place to leave your luggage is nice and practical

The air conditioning could not be turned off, which caused a constant draft—even in a cold place like Oslo, this made the room uncomfortably chilly. Although there was floor heating in the bathroom, the main heating in the room was not working at all. The bathroom itself was extremely small—you have to squeeze between the toilet and the sink. They tried to assist via WhatsApp and told me to get an electric heater from luggage room in the middle of the night, but its effectiveness was questionable. I’m not sure if this is normal in Oslo, but even when watching regular TV channels, the screen was unstable. The fact that the ventilation system couldn’t be turned off was also quite odd—it was the same during my previous stay. They said it provide fresh air to the room ( also the window could not be opened) On top of that, the room was noisy. As a solution, earplugs were provided, which I found quite surprising. Overall, it’s surprising that such basic comfort issues couldn’t be properly managed.

Big room, good kitchen, the bathroom floor was heated, big enough

There was a huge ventilation duct that brought cold strong air. The sound was a bit annoying but the room was freezing. My girlfriend got ill and we did not sleep well, it was not a good resting experience.
