La ubicación es perfecta para ir caminando hacia distintos lugares, la zona está llena de bares y restaurantes, aún así es muy tranquila respecto a los ruidos. El lugar se ve igual que en las fotos.

Puntos a mejorar: Sillón incómodisimo, cocina incompleta (podrían tener una cafetera eléctrica), sería ideal un lavarropas. Bañera con moho. En general la pieza es muy calurosa, el ventilador que hay hace más ruido que tirar aire por lo que el AC hay que ponerlo en 18 para que llegue algo de fresco. Almohadas y colchón incómodos.

Está muy centrico, el apartamento es amplio y tiene de todo, está muy bien

Como mejora, quitar el moho que tenia la ducha en la junta del suelo

Πολύ κεντρική η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος.

Δυστυχώς, η διαμονή μας δεν ήταν ευχάριστη. Το κατάλυμα είναι σοφίτα και, λόγω της υπερβολικής ζέστης, οι νύχτες ήταν ανυπόφορες. Ο κλιματισμός και ο ανεμιστήρας δεν επαρκούσαν καθόλου — η εξωτερική μονάδα του κλιματιστικού βρισκόταν σε μικρή εξωτερική αποθήκη, κάτι που πιθανόν επηρέαζε τη λειτουργία του. Η πρόσβαση στη σοφίτα γινόταν από μια πολύ στενή μπαλκονόπορτα, με αποτέλεσμα να πρέπει να σκύβουμε κάθε φορά που μπαίναμε ή βγαίναμε. Ο σύζυγός μου, που είναι ψηλός, χτυπούσε συχνά το κεφάλι του στο χαμηλό ταβάνι σε διάφορα σημεία, όπως πάνω από την τουαλέτα, δίπλα στο παράθυρο και το κρεβάτι, καθώς και στον κίτρινο τοίχο ανάμεσα στο ασανσέρ και τη μπαλκονόπορτα (είσοδο της σοφίτας). Επιπλέον, λόγω του χαμηλού και μη ασφαλούς μπαλκονιού, δεν μπορούσαμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε τα σχοινιά για να απλώσουμε ρούχα ή πετσέτες. Την 6η μέρα, ημέρα αναχώρησής μας, το προσωπικό καθαριότητας ήρθε στη σοφίτα χωρίς καμία προηγούμενη ειδοποίηση, ενώ ο σύζυγος και τα παιδιά μου ετοίμαζαν ακόμα τις αποσκευές. Ένιωσαν ότι τους ασκήθηκε ευγενική πίεση να αποχωρήσουν. Επίσης, παρόλο που η διαμονή μας ήταν για 5 βράδια και 4 άτομα, το χαρτί υγείας που υπήρχε στο κατάλυμα ήταν επαρκές μόνο για περίπου τις μισές ημέρες.

The position of the apartment is perfect - right in the historic centre with a lovely view of many landmarks over the roofs. Being up on the 6th floor (the lift worked perfectly for my trips up) it is really quiet. I spent a very pleasant week there and found it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

As I am one of those - it seems - few people who do not have the Internet on their phone, I found the check-in email startling and I worried about the gate opening with the tap on your phone until my arrival. But all went well and the host, who was very helpful when contacted beforehand, indeed clicked the gate to open remotely. After that you have a set of keys to open the gates and the door to the apartment so the lack of the Internet is not a problem.
