Location. Space itself. Toilet shower attachment.

Answered my questions about baby cot on the day of arrival. We booked and asked 9 months before. No cutting board or mocca coffee machine. Key retrival system (Vikey guest) takes a long time to put in all the details

The location was really good at the centre of the city.

The appartment was with a "balcony" that is in the floor corridor. It was asked to sort the trash, to take it down and to wash the dishes otherwise 100 Euros fine. It the kitchen there were many basic things that were missing as oil, solt ect... It missed a lot of small detail things :(

"So great to stay in the heart of Turin"

The location in central Turin was excellent. We could easily walk to all the sights as well as to the train station. The unit was secure and private. It had a lift in the building. It was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was excellent with a nice shower. We considered it was good value for money.

There was a good kitchen that even had a large fridge. However it could have been better equipped- there was minimal crockery with no cutting knives, chopping board or rubbish bin. The real problem we had was that we arrived at 1330 and entered using the online access. But the unit had not been cleaned or set up, and there was rubbish there. We informed the owner and went for a walk. When we returned at 1500 the cleaner was there and finished soon after. It was then very clean.
