USVery clean and hospitable place to stay. The room was comfortable and exactly what we needed for the night.
We were traveling from overseas with limited internet connection so the arrival and access to the building was difficult. If you book this place, make sure you book with enough time to get the arrival instructions in your booking chat.

PLThe room was spacious and equipped with everything you could need. I must emphasize how highly I rate the host, Massimo. He was always ready to help, with his responses being practically immediate. Moreover, after each room cleaning (upon request), the host would restock the fridge with complimentary beverages, as well as tea, coffee sachets, and sweets. The apartment's location was just near the city center, in a quiet part of town, yet well-connected by buses. I am very satisfied with my stay at this place and would gladly return.

SGFirst of all the room we had is very clean and spacious, even the bathroom is big. In and out of room was easy, just make sure you have your phone. The room came with ample amenities and the drinks from the mini fridge and snacks were all included. The area is quiet so we can have restful nights. A nice 10mins walk to central area and one of the best gelato nearby the apartment . The best part is the host, Mr Massimo, who is super kind and generous. He is responsive anytime of the day with any questions asked. We were allowed to check in early and he even went the extra mile to drive us to Maranello and back! We had enjoyed our stay so much!
ITI really liked the fact that the check-in is done on the website and afterwards you don't have to worry about a key, you can open everything with your phone. Apartment looks amazing and it has all the amenities you could need. It was a really amazing experience, I totally recommend it.
