GRThe room was very clean and beautiful design. The shelf check in system was really easy and convenient. The supplies, even though we didn't used them, were more than plenty. The distance from the city center was about 15 - 20 minutes, but by walk you could admire the beauty of the city.

USThe location was great. Note that Google Maps had a hard time locating it; you have to duck down an alley to find the right building number. The electronic entry was initially intimidating, but Massimo met us at the apartment and was very responsive to any questions we had.
WiFi allowed only one of us to access at a time.
DEFor the good part the accommodation was recently renovated and looked very modern.
For the bad part we had to waste more than 1 hour and a half in front of the apartment trying to get in, due to some issues with the electronic door lock. The communication with the owner/location manager was also difficult, lacking some basic English knowledge on their part.
NLVery friendly and welcoming host, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was clean, fully equipped to accommodate our every need, and only a short walk away from the city centre.
