On a main road that was very noisy,pool right by the road too.Room window was leaking.

Food and drink good

Room was small and wasnt cleaned whole time we were there and had to ask for clean towels and for bins to be emptied. No view from room only a fence panel (unlike on the photos). Bathroom was open shower so floor constantly wet. Pool was tiny. Quite a walk to main strip and beach

The swimming pool was lovely. Room was clean and comfortable. We had Thai food during our stay and it was amazing with very good prices. Good drinks the vibes at the bar were nice. Very relaxing hotel will stay here next time !

"Near most of the good fun and relaxing places"

only 10 minutes away from Patong and hotel had many nice beaches close. Karon was quiet and kata had jet ski ,surfing , gliding, bars. Super fun

"cool place to stay"

Cool hotel with nice rooms and really nice staff. Easy walk to Karon beach or rent a motorbike from the hotel as I did. The place had a nice pool and cooked up some great food in the restaurant, relaxing spending a day around the pool. My room and the place had everything I needed. A great option when staying in Karon

"like going back home"

A very friendly family run hotel this is our 2nd time staying here. The staff are so friendly, they help with everything and are always smiling. The rooms are super comfortable and nicely decorated. The pool is a deffinate bonus and needed after a hot day out and about, there are plenty of sunbeds. The massage place next door is the best massage place we have had in Thailand, there is a well equiped gym 2 minutes walk away, plenty of restaaurants and coffee shops all around the arae and a 24 hour seven eleven 2 minutes walk away. it takes about 10 minutses to walk to Karon beach, we rent motorbikes from the hotel and that makes in less than 2 minutes to drive there. Karon beach is an amazing white sandy beach, a very long beach with beautiful clear blue water. thanks again for an amazing stay.
