Karon Pool Hotel

The small swimming pool was very nice and good temperature the staff were lovely and it was reasonable value for money. The location was also reasonable. Everything was also very clean.

Although the food was good, it was a small menu, the hotel was difficult to find as the signage was poor. We didn't have a room in the main hotel so we were in outside chalets. Although these were very clean, they just wasn't up to the standard expected. From being too small with very little storage, the air-conditioning sounded like a howling gale, and it had to be on all night as the temps never dropped below 25 degrees. There was a dripping in from the bathroom constantly that didn't help sleep and the bed was so hard, it was like sleeping on concrete.

Lots of mosquitos in our room when we arrived, but otherwise very clean

Very comfortable beds. The family room is very nice and convinient for 4 people. Its in a chill place of the island, so no music bothering. Its about 15 minutes walk to the beach but at least you don't have the noise bothering you all night.

Great little hotel, the room was very clean, the staff are incredibly friendly helpful and always smiling. great massage places, a gym and restaurants nearby. i highly recommend this place, great value for money.

nothing negative to say

We were staying elsewhere and spotted this place when walking past. The environment was so friendly and relaxed - we were eating by the pool every day with smiling staff, always happy to help. We stayed with our 3 kids who loved the 3m deep pool for diving down and cooling off. We loved all of the food and had many meals there - great prices also. We actually extended our stay to almost 3 weeks - we aren't really a "big resort family" so this was the perfect option and we all loved staying here. We will be back for sure!

Nothing really - nothing that isn't a common issue throughout the area (eg minor plumbing issues) but these were quickly fixed!

The pool was really nice and clean bar area and reception were very chilled places to hang out.

One of the cleaning ladies was very very noisy and never ever smiled . I got the impression she did not like it if you did not want to get out of bed.
