Very noisy, windows wouldn’t close properly, dirty sheets

When I arrived the man on duty helped me with my cases a d also brought me a fan because the room was roasting hot with no window. I was also helped this morning with my cases and taxi arranged for me.

The room was still really hot ( not their fault) the shower was freezing and wouldn't heat up. Also it's just like you can see the pipe where the water goes and it's just 2 messy cut out holes to let the water empty also it was really slippy.

Staff helped me get Another room as I'm disabled and I can't climb stairs. So i got a ground floor room.

A friendly welcome from the reception. The bed was comfortable, TV had good channels, there was parking, near enough to the airport too. Reasonably priced compared with most UK airport hotels.

The hotel needs a deep clean and proper refurbishment. Walls and skirtings dirty and carpet seen better days. Bad smell of cigarette smoke in corridors. A bit noisy at nights. The area is run down and dirty, lots of broken glass and litter around.

I didn’t really enjoy the experience

The shower was always wet. The rooms and corridors were not of a good standard and it was in Paisley and no where near Glasgow Airport.

There was no soundproofing, and we could hear the television in the next room. Also we could hear the telephone conversation in the next room. When we arrived, there was a smell in the corridor of some kind of substance being smoked, and when we left, the corridor had a bad body odour smell. The open plan shower was not practical as the whole floor area in the bathroom was wet after showering.

Staff were pretty rude and useless Rooms were incredibly warm even with the window open.
