Three large windows in my room NONE OF THEM WOULD CLOSE,handles broken and hanging off, lift in hotel not working, lots of street noise because of unclosable windows

Location

The shower had no curtain or cover. It was a wet room that did not drain properly. Basically showering flooded the whole bathroom.

An absolute dump so noisey I couldn’t sleep on any of the 3 nights I was there, room was dirty and didn’t get cleaned, room was left open after someone had gone in to empty the bin, my personal item left to be taken, never again.
