My Motel Glasgow Airport

Short walk to Paisley Gilmore street station to Glasgow

The lift didn’t work. The wet room bathroom. I was bitten by at least one bug. The curtain in the room had holes in it. The motel receptionist didn’t trust me with an iron. I had to beg for an iron, which was provided with several admonishments to bring it straight back?! The Motel had a local hang out feel with unsavoury guests coming into the building only to be told they couldn’t stay and had to leave the room with whom ever it was they were visiting, bizarre! Calling it My Motel Glasgow airport is stretching it a bit.

Beds were comfortable

Room came in with basic facilities: one of the window handles was broken, the bathroom desperately needs a shower curtain. There are limited parking facilities for a hotel of this size and standing (or else you have to park on the street). Also there was an unpleasant stench coming from the ground floor. Also suggesting the rooms are better decorated to give you a better 'come back' feel that is missing.

The staff were friendly. Bed was comfy enough.

Smelled musty from the moment we stepped in the door. The bathroom door in the room wouldn’t close or then open without great force and effort. Bathroom handle loose as a result. Wall condition poor with old glue and small holes. Generally very shabby.

dirty, carpet cleaned with bleach, walking in black socks turned them brown in a few minutes had to throw them away. it had a bad odor. if you open the windows to air out the room it smelled like marijuana. 1 towel for 2 adults no wifi available
