The Grand Royal Luxury Apartment

Das Gebäude verfügt über eine Garage und die Rezeptionistin war freundlich, verständnisvoll und kooperativ.

Das Grand Royal Luxury Appartment ist weder groß noch luxuriös, vor allem aber abgenutzt und schmutzig. Wir haben uns nach fünf Minuten Aufenthalt entschlossen zu stornieren. Später wurde ich vom Eigentümer via WhatsApp beschimpft, dass wir die Seife benutzt haben (natürlich wuschen wir uns nach Ankunft die Hände, stellten im weiteren Verlauf aber den Zustand des Appartements fest). Hierbei verunglimpfte er auch seine Landsleute aus Sri Lanka, die er als weniger zivilisiert betrachtet. Uns wurde ein alternatives Appartement im selben Gebäudekomplex angeboten. Das Gebäude umfasst wohl 54 Appartement von 54 verschiedenen Eigentümern. Das alternative Appartement war weniger abgenutzt, aber auch hier waren Haare auf dem Bett und die Handtücher mit einem bräunlichem Schleier verschmutzt. Wir haben schließlich ein schönes, sauberes und familiengeführtes Hotel in einem anderen Stadtteil gefunden.

The apartment is dirty throughout, cracked glass on patio door, broken patio chairs, filthy worn furniture, broken shower head, dirty pillows, even the cleaning products were dirty, an absolute disgrace. This apartment is far from luxury, avoid at all costs

the host accept only cash while he mentioned that he accept visa in payment method , old furniture and bed sheet , bath rooms need maintenance .

Nice two-bedroom apartment with on-site security, car park and elevator.

Overall, it is a good place with no major issues. The balcony door requires a lock, and one of the bathroom door handles and one of the hand shower heads need repairs.

Rooms are little bit small.

We enjoyed the stay from the beginning, the aprtment itself was easy to find, clean and well organized. Rooms were clean, and comfortable. All kitchen equipment were available in the kitchen (Pots, pans, water heaters, dusbins, working stoves etc.)
