Apartment was clean, well equipped and in an excellent location within the city walls. It was perfect for our stay. Easy walking to all of Lucca’s sights and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.

Nothing to dislike - just a note that the access to second floor apartment is via steep stairs - this wasn’t an issue for us but if you have heavy/large luggage, could be an issue.

Very charming, authentic Lucca house within the walled city and walking distance to the main square and restaurants. Large bedrooms and living space.

Many narrow steps to climb to the top floor.

Very nice interior and very clean apartment. Close proximity to train station and all that Lucca has to offer.

All good, however, as it’s an old Tuscan building there are several steep stairs to reach the apartment and someone less able may find these tricky with luggage.

The toilet seat was missing. Some coffee (there were tea bags) and a full toilet roll or two would have been great as we were only staying a couple of days.

The property was just incredible. Everything was so clean and beautifully decorated. We were in awe of the place. Although there wasn’t much of a view it was still so beautiful. It gave a very authentic Italian atmosphere and I absolutely loved it. Our host was so helpful and accommodating. He tried his best to have the apartment available for as soon as we arrived and went out of his way to find my WhatsApp contact details from my booking to make communication easier. This meant he was available to answer any questions whenever we had any. He gave us recommendations for places to eat and things to do and see. What a kind man. It was exactly what I was hoping for. Some of the doors didn’t shut properly but that didn’t affect our stay at all.

Great place to stay for a few days in Lucca. Fab, central location, but also very quiet. Comfy beds, so all had great sleep. Cute decor and very helpful host.

As previously mentioned in other reviews, very steep stairs to property. But, if my husband managed to lift our suitcases up, shouldn't put you off!

Beautiful, clean and modern apartment in the centre of historical Lucca. The host, Ernesto was very helpful and sent food recommendations. The view from the apartment is stunning. We had a wonderful few days exploring Lucca.

No option to leave the luggage, no coffee machine, the bathroom door couldn’t be closed

The property was excellent and the host slowed us to check in early.

To note very steep stairs to go into the apartment 36 to be exact We had taken my mother who is 84 She found them difficult However, the apartment was stunning spacious and had everything you needed
