The room was spacious and clean

The AC was not strong enough, there is no elevator - hence quite some steps with luggage if your room is on floor 5, location is a bit far from the action, and it was a bit difficult to communicate with the host due to language barrier, but overall manageable through google translate and whatsapp. Overall it felt more like an hotel than a homestay

A lovely homestay in a quiet location, yet not far from the Perfume River and the Imperial City. It was very pleasant and clean, and the owners were very friendly! Highly recommended!

The hotel is well located, you can walk to the citadel while at the same time get a bit outside of the main touristy areas to enjoy the local life. It loved cafe Tùng and Laph which were close by. The room is comfortable, all feels pretty new and it was super clean. The owner provided valuable tips and is always available to answer questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Очень чистый номер, удобное расположение, если приезжаете на поезде, приветливый хозяин, быстро заселили. Хороший душ, просторный балкон. Сам номер просторный

Очень жёсткая кровать, лежать было некомфортно. А также большие подушки, на которых не удобно спать, утром болела шея. Хоть заявлено, что номер с видом на реку, однако саму реку было практически не видно, выходило на крыши других домов

If only the property have a lift as i stayed at level 4 i need climb up the stairs with my luggage.

Buchung hat super geklappt, Gastgeber war höflich, bemüht und immer erreichbar. Es wurde beim Gepäck tragen geholfen, auch bei der Abreise👍 und es gab auch Hilfe für Fragen und Wünsche. Zimmer in einer oberen Etage mit guter Aussicht auf Kirche und auch Fluss👌. Bad und Heißwasser alles hat funktioniert. Alles gut, komme gerne wieder!

安価なのにお部屋が綺麗でした。ベッドも大きく、無料の水も提供してくれました。

ベトナムでは通常かと思いますが、シャワーとトイレが近く床がびしょ濡れになりました。
