Vang Vieng Global Hostel

The couple who run the hotel could not be more helpful if they tried! Their English is amazing and they were possibly the nicest hosts I’ve met on my trip so far. It’s great for what you pay and the location is right in the centre of town.

Anna really contributed to the well-being of our stay, she's always attentive and interested in how our day went. Thank a lot. The breaky was really good too. All of the staff are very nice

Nothing everything was perfect

• First and most importantly, Anna is an amazing host. Always welcoming with a massive smile, you can book all your activities with her, and she's great to just chat to. • The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. • Good Aircon. • Very close to restaurants and bars.

• It can be noisy at night. One of the main bars backs onto the hotel and plays music until around midnight. • Roosters are quite noisy in the morning. • Pool was out of action during our stay which was a shame but not a deal breaker.

The host Anna is lovely and makes you feel very welcome

Anna is the person and does her job the way it should be done. Very friendly and with amazing attitude. She made our stay easy and helped us with everything we asked.. The hostel itself is also perfect. We had a room with balcony and it was super spacious. Breakfast is also very tasty with huge variety..

The only issue- our room had windows to the patio, where is the light on for the whole night and you have no curtains or blinds to cover it. And also the music in the night from 8 till midnight next door. but that is not the hostels fault. You caneither join the party or get earplugs...

Really nice host, they take care of you and are really friendly. Anna, the main host is awesome and you can ask her to book anything you need as activities she will make it simple and with the good company.

Take ear plugs because the city has a lot of music at night. But it's the same in every hostel unless you stay really far from the center.

Very friendly host, clean and comfy

Anna was fantastic, genuinely one of the most lovely hosts but not only that, an amazing person that lifted the mood of everyone with a simple ‘hello’ paired with her big smile and made the stay seem like home. We booked a few trips through the hostel and they were fantastic. We stayed in the private double room which was super clean, spacious and had amazing views from the front and back balcony.

The location was the best I could've picked! Anna, the host was super nice, she helped with my laundry, assisted with booking my bus and all the activities during my stay

The bathroom room had a very bad smell, no that was not clean, it was more like a pipe smell not much they could do about it, and honestly if you leave the door shut was fine
