The staff. They are very welcoming and have beautiful Labradors. It was puppy heaven. They are very nice and make you feel at home. They also help with arranging tours and such.

For a solo traveler the location is excellent during daytime and terrible during nighttime. You take a shortcut from the bungalow complex to the main road and you end up right by the national park entrance. So during the day it’s excellent. At night though the path is a bit eerie for someone not used to the jungle, and if it’s raining get ready for a challenge if you need dinner. It’s a 6 minute walk, and there are always houses within shouting distance (I guess) but it feels isolated nonetheless.

The location and the bungalow is amazing. The staff was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

It’s a bit far from the village, so it’s easier to spot wildlife such as monkeys. The staff is extremely helpful and nice, and the hostel has a restaurant which serves a variety of dishes. They also organized for me an excursion to the lake for 2 days and one night, and a ride to the van station for 120 bahts.

Very good location, a short walk from the middle of town and restaurants and other amenities. Very helpful staff for booking day tours and onward travel.
