This boutique hotel was amazing ! The service provided by Antonio and the food cooked by Mariia was excellent! The room was small yet perfectly appointed ! It was cleaned everyday when we went out ! They even provided an early check in on our first day after our ferry came to Split early. And one more amazing thing they did was provide us with a take away breakfast when we had to leave at 04.30 to catch our flight !! Kudos to the staff here at Royal Suites.

Views were exceptional, room was spacious

The property manager was super attentive, helpful and accommodating. The property itself was very quiet and clean. The area was very safe as well. The property is more like an aparthotel instead of a hotel.

Loved our experience here. Location was very convenient. Antonio at the front desk was very helpful and gave us a great overview. He even came in earlier on our last day to check us out and help with our luggage. Maria’s pancakes were awesome.

What an incredible stay! Antonio and staff here go above and beyond for your stay. We have never met someone like him. The hospitality provided by this hotel beats out any other hotel regardless of size, amenities, or location. He gives you great recommendations throughout Split. My wife and I had back to back tours on two of the 3 days we stayed here. He came in early to his shift both days just to pack us “to go breakfast/lunches and snacks” for the tours. I mean who does that? Any review you read about Antonio and staff is 100 % validated. The hotel is in a great location for anything you want or need in Split. The breakfast in the morning was great too given the size of hotel. Please book here for your stay in Split. You will not regret this decision!
