I booked for my girlfriend and her aunt and this is what she said about your lovely place ! Thank you for giving them such a special time! We stayed in the double room with a sea view in Royal Suites Sky. It is clean, new, spacious and well-furnished with a gorgeous view of the sea and some hills. The stand-out for us was Antonio, the hotel staff, who was extremely personable, friendly, helpful and nice. We were dropped at the wrong location by our taxi. Without missing a beat, he carried our 2 heavy suitcases up a relatively long flight of steps and in to our rooms in the building. He voluntarily spent a long time giving us clear directions on sights, recommendations and advice. He would respond almost immediately to texts, even at night! Always ready to help, and with great friendliness. Have stayed in many places in my decades of travelling and i would say that Antonio is one of the best hosts i have encountered. Excellent service with a smile!

They were super nice, I showed up without a reservation and they did all they could to help me and make me comfortable. 100% recommended if you want to visit split!

1) The best service we received from any accommodation in our 2-weeks Croatia trip is here. The staff is first-class with genuine service. Also provided great recommendation for dinner spot which we think is also the best food for our trip. Konoba Kod Joze. 2) The view from the room, the location, the distance and the convenient is unmatched.

The only downside was the hot water, it was inconsistent. During the peak morning hours, the water in the shower gets cold quite quickly.

Nice view from the window, clean. and Antonio is a very nice employee, he gave us a lot of tips.

No reception and no breakfast.

We were warmly welcomed by Antonio, who was exceptionally kind and took the time to share helpful information and travel tips throughout our stay in Split. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a fantastic view overlooking the entire city centre. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Split. It’s also conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the main bus terminal.
