Royal Suites Sky

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this hotel! Antonio in specific is an A+ host and so gifted at customer service. He made recommendations for activities, food, gelato and even assisted with getting laundry done. We did have some challenges finding the hotel but once we did the staff took care of everything including helping us park the car! The room was small but adequate and we weren't there much, as we were out exploring the city. Breakfast was great every morning. Overall - highly recommend.

Clean room

We would give 4.5 out of 5, this is a clean comfortable place to stay in a great location. It's not fancy or modern but a lovely place to stay. Antonio was a great help when we arrived, giving lots of recommendations. Breakfast was fine, very quick service.

Phenomenal service from start to finish! All staff encountered were excellent. Antonio, in particular, went above and beyond-personally emailing us alternative ferry options at the last minute, offering a city map with fantastic restaurant and attraction suggestions, and ensuring we had everything we needed from refreshing cooled water to beach towels. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of items, including eggs made to order and Croatian pancakes. Our breakfast cook was also wonderful. Antonio’s care and attention to detail truly made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommend! In addition, the hotel is within walking distance of Split Old Town, ferry and bus station, and entrance to Marjan Hill.

The Royal Suites - Sky was wonderful. We stayed on the 12th floor with an ocean view and it was beautiful. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom gorgeous, and the view amazing. But really set this hotel apart was Antonio who checked us in. He was simply THE BEST. After traveling throughout Croatia for 10 days, he was hands down the kindest, most responsive and thoughtful host imaginable. He is the epitome of excellent customer service. We have stayed in a number of 4 and 5 star hotels throughout the world, and we have never met anyone who cared so much about ensuring absolutely everything we could ever want or need was taken care, taken care of perfectly and quickly. His attention to detail and friendly demeaner sets this property apart from any other. We definitely recommend the Royal Suites - Sky, especially if you are doing any sailing excursions from the port. If you are lucky enough to meet Antonio, rest assured your stay will be fabulous.

From easy check in and pre arrival information, very attentive and friendly staff. Great location, 5min or so walk into the old town and access to everything you could need. We got the sky suite with view of the city, it was beautiful room and amazing views. We loved our entire stay here, would recommend and come back to stay here.

It was a bit confusing that the room was in a different building than what showed up on Google Maps.

Cant go wrong - Antonio will take care of you! Really nice room - appreciate the detailed Split advice & map. Nice to be away from old town a couple of blocks. Grocery store right next door.
