Hotel was excellent in every way. Before arrival we received detailed instructions on how to reach the hotel from the port and taxi was arranged at our request to meet us off boat. Room was good and very quiet, didn’t hear any noise the whole time we stayed there. Comfy bed and good bathroom. Well situated near to port and major tourist sites. Breakfast was great. Taxi booked to take us to the airport and help with luggage arrived exactly on time.

I liked they greeted us when we arrived and helped us with parking. They came to the room and provided suggests for restaurants and things to do.

There was nothing I didn’t like. The room was beautiful, location was excellent and close walking distance to everything we did. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone. Very safe and clean

Sehr guter Empfang durch Antonio! Aussergewöhnlich! Er erklärte uns alles Wichtige und gab gute Restauranttipps. Die Lage ist super, direkt an der Altstadt. Im Zimmer fehlte es an Nichts. Kaffeemaschine vorhanden mit mehreren Kaffeekapseln. Betten sehr gut, Bad sehr gut!

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein. Es passt so gerade alles rein. Die empfohlenen und vom Hotel bezuschussten Frühstückslokale gingen gar nicht. Da waren 10 Euro schon zu viel!

Spent one night at Royal Suites in Split, wish we could have stayed longer! The boutique hotel was clean and charming. We had a small balcony off the room. The room itself was small but adequate for a short stay. The hotel is also in a great location, near restaurants, the palace, the train and bus stations. Finally, the attentive staff was great. Would definitely recommend for a short stay in Split.

I liked the staff, especially the manager who gave us excellent customer service. Also the rooms were great and very clean. The location was close to old town.

The location was perfect, the rooms were fine and the breakfast excellent. We can recommend the omelet. What stood out was the helpfulness and personal touch of the guesthouse staff. We will stay here again, given the chance. Highly recommended.

Our room was modern and clean with amazing views. The check-in experience was different than most I have experienced, as the property is split across two buildings in the neighborhood, however the staff still made the process easy.

The staff were exceptional and it is one of the best staff services we have ever experienced! Antonio was very funny, provided excellent recommendations of places to visit / eat and we loved Marja’s cake and pancakes. The hotel felt like a home away from home. Tony helped us to the ferry when we were leaving which was greatly appreciated! Our room was really big and you could get beach towels and fill up your water bottles at reception. The location was fantastic, very close to the old town and pier. Don’t look at other hotels, just book it!!!!
