The heating system was super easy and you could adjust the temp to your liking. Asked for a baby cot and it was provided

The neighbourhood was a bit on a scary side. For a person who doesn't know Belfast has no idea of the area. The house could use a deep clean and it was lacking attention to details. Only 1 teaspoon on the kitchen, 2 towels where provided when it was 4 of us staying at the house. The mirrors were smudged and bedding had a bit of a funny smell.

Bad bathroom even no toilet paper bed uncomfortable and the bedding is not clean and there is no hand washing powder in the bathroom really I had a very bad experience

The house is dirty. Months if not years of grime. There was only 1 teaspoon and all of the rest of the cutlery was dirty. All but one cup was stained. We ate out as didn’t want to clean the whole house to cook so it cost extra. Shower is dirty so we didn’t use it and we couldn’t open the outside door as it was covered in cobwebs. It also rained in at the back of the house so we couldn’t use the table out there. There was only a small amount of toilet roll and no washing up liquid. The sofas were old and uncomfortable and the beds were like sleeping on a board. There was long dark hairs all over the house and also on the pillows. We also have been itching in the beds and have been bitten.

It was very clean and in a lovely location, well equipped with all that you need.
