It‘s not too far away from the city center.

The bed is extremely terrible. The bedframe is broken and wooden boards were botched in there, which was uncomfortable and we both had back pain after sleeping in there. Pin Code at door is permanent (everyone who knows it could enter at any time, key only works if you‘re inside). A lot of mold in the shower. Some cabinets were filthy. Couch is also not clean at all. There was broken glass on the floor. No (clean) Toilette Paper on arrival.

The property could av so much potential ! It feels as though someone just moved out for a few days , there is hardly any glasses ect nothing welcoming smelt of smoke ashtray was full of role ups , we needed another toilet roll which was under the sink it was mouldy ! Hate to say I never showered as the screen was full of soap scum and all the sealant was black round the shower tray for a modernish shower room the paint work let it down just basically not what says on the label , not inviting decor drab then u av a sign as soon as u walk in saying this not a party house enjoy Belfast !! I dint need it as a party house cos the neighbors did that smashed front door banging shouting well all hours ! Not my thing
