No internet, no complimentary water, tea or coffee. No coffee mugs or cups, no teaspoons. Had to buy coffee mug and coffee to have my morning coffee . Had to jam a cigarette packet to keep air conditioning front flap open.

Do not stay, had immigration threatening to cancel people's visa because this is not a short term hotel. Had to pay $2000 or they would not give you your passport back.

Been to this BASE CONDO many times it was always good experience and stay in different towers and different floors I always enjoy room and swimming pool area. Walking distance to central mall ,beach, walking street, and many night life and eating places.

Very unfortunate this time there was no Host to accompany me to the room and there was no contact number of anyone if in case emergency to call. we just pick up the keys from the letter box. Thru my past experiences all guests must inspect the room with yr host precent any defect in the unit or the items broken in the apartment can inform yr host immediately. If no Host take fotos without delay, yr fotos show date time you taken the fotos to prove a point without going thru any argument. This I'm sharing because of my experience lucky I had foto to prove time I took the key. Other than that all good.
