Very central. Easy walk to city Centre and very close to restaurants. Easy parking. Very comfortable beds.Two bathrooms and three toilets were a plus.

Spacious. Very new and clean. Very useful kitchen.All kitchen equipments were there. There are two bathrooms up stairs and a toilet. Location.at middle of city center 5min walk to bus station to the airport and River side market . Smooth check in. House was warm when we checked in.

Clear instructions for key collection and “check-in”. Property was clean and well-furnished e.g. washing powder provided for washing machine, comprehensive kitchenware.

Deposit policy. Two layers of delay to obtaining refund - property manager, followed by the bank. Pre-authorised amount only released 30 days after date of transaction. Suggest providing a user manual (simple operating instructions would suffice) for the washer-dryer. This issue has previously been raised in other reviews. The machine is not exactly intuitive to use, especially for overseas guests who are not familiar with the brand/model.

Location to downtown Christchurch was excellent. We were just far enough away from downtown to have peace but close enough that we could walk everywhere we wanted to. Having the extra bedrooms and bathrooms made all the difference. Would definitely stay here again.

The lockbock was a bit tricky to open. It took a couple of tries (and a few different people) to get it open.
