Location. Apartment on the whole

Central location v close to tram station, good supermarket nearby. Very quiet with pleasant open grass walkway outside. Very clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds.

A little more expensive than our usual bookings, but we needed three bedrooms and there was not much choice. Well worth the extra cost.

Superb central location, fabulous new apartment, plenty of room for four people, free parking, close to bus routes, easy walk to Cathedral Square, Riverside Market, supermarket and shopping arcades.

It would have been 100% perfect - but there was no air conditioning upstairs. The temperature was very high the whole time we were there, and there wasn't even a desk or pedestal fan to cool ourselves at night - and of course, the hot air rises. This meant the adults found it difficult to sleep. Also the dryer function on the combined washer-dryer was faulty; no instructions for use, it took several hours of online searching to find and download a manual, and even then it took four attempts to get clothes dry rather than washed again.

Great location, well equipped and comfortable.

Home away from home feel Very comfortable with all those luxuries that we have in our own homes. The location to the city centre was fantastic and so convenient to pick up the everyday groceries. Plus, plus, plus on all levels and experience.
