They have rejected to allot room and offered another hotel nearby this property. No Breakfast till 9AM,. Further no facility to made tea/coffee in the room.

This was my fist booking with your App and very bad experience to reservation of hotel. I never recommend to book through this App

The breakfast was varied and tasty Indian cuisine.

some of the drawers not cleaned properly which annoyed me a lot as I couldn't be able to place some of my stuff inside the bottom cupboard other than than everything was good.

Room facilities not what was advertised. Leaking taps Given room that was not what I paid for. I paid highest price to get a good room with 4 star facilities. Breakfast had hardly any choice for continental breakfast. No toast even. room had no views although had booked city view room Floors were dirty with cockroach infested. Bedding was smelly and dirty razai cover Smelly of drains. We booked 3 rooms and all unacceptable Staff not friendly. Can't recommend this hotel

Nothing, they are fraud which are showing hotels rooms at one property but accommodating in another one I will submit the grievances in writing with proof

Never check in the booked property by in nearby one and that too with requests as was accompanied by two children
