Firstly.. Staff was good. They Acknowledged the mistake at their side and made sure our stay was comfortable. But since the property is bad and resources were Minimal so nothing much they could do

When we reached we got to know the hotel was sold and no room is available. We were moved to next hotel which was like the worst pathetic hotel I ever saw.. new hotel was ugly, dirty and smelly. Location of both hotels were pretty bad. Very minal space for car to move. After some argument we got room in Elevate. Itvwas better than the old one. But still cleanliness, food quality could have been better. We were Offered free lunch and dinner But we ate out. Worst part was booking.com.. never book from booking.com. I called them multiple time but no response back after customer service arranged multiple calls with senior. I never faced the issue with makemytrip. I uminstalled booking.com.

loved the stay in the elevate hotel. Their shuttle services was awesome they contact me for pickup and give me the smooth shuttle from airport to hotel. Hotel is descent in budget price. Breakfast is luxury. Good hotel
