The only good was the location. Not too far from centre and near to the train station

We were very disappointed with our stay at this apartment. The overall level of cleanliness was far below acceptable standards: dust was everywhere, even on the light fixtures, and there were insects on the walls and ceiling throughout the apartment, including the bedrooms. These were not just random bugs from outside, but clearly due to lack of proper cleaning. The kitchen table was sticky, and the chairs still had crumbs and food remains from previous guests. The sofa was covered in stains to the point where we couldn’t sit on it without covering it first, and the beds were so hard and uncomfortable that it felt like sleeping on stones. Even the wardrobes still contained clothes from previous occupants, which felt very unprofessional. The week we stayed happened to be during a well-known UK heatwave. The living room at least had a balcony door, but the bedrooms became unbearably hot because the windows barely opened. It was almost impossible to sleep in such conditions, and at times, it felt unsafe. We immediately contacted the hosts after check-in to ask for a cooling system or at least a fan in each bedroom. They never replied. In the end, we had to go ourselves and buy a fan from Asda just to make the rooms barely tolerable. Even small details were neglected. The TV remote didn’t work because the batteries were completely drained and corroded. Also, neither of the bedrooms had locks on the doors. For a property marketed with multiple bedrooms, the lack of locks felt very unprofessional and raised concerns about privacy and security. Overall, this was not a comfortable or hygienic stay, and the lack of response from the hosts made the experience even worse. We would not recommend this apartment unless serious improvements are made in cleaning, maintenance, and guest care.

Good location to the train station and city Centre

For us the location was just perfect - I hadn't even focussed in very much on this - I just needed accommodation for our family for my daughter's graduation. The weekend coincided with the Oasis gigs in Manchester and so hotels were surge pricing like mad. This apartment turned out to be perfect for us, so close to the train station and right opposite the restaurant we had booked for our first evening. It's an easy walk into town and a cheap cab to anywhere else we wanted to go. The apartment is clean and spacious and we really benefitted from being in an apartment and not a hotel when we wanted to laze around on Sunday afternoon watching the Wimbledon final.

I wanted to contact the owner during our stay - not for anything vital - just a check out request but we just couldn't get hold of them by any means - up until our stay communication was excellent so not sure if this was something technical or a policy.

Good location ! U have a supermarket just on your doorstep and very central. Spacious living room , good size double rooms. All linen was very well washed ! Kitchen is fully equipped to Cook !

The water pressure in the toilets needs to be assessed !
